AI Training for Teams

Corporate AI Training Your Team
Actually Uses on Monday

We run hands-on AI and automation sessions inside companies, studios and production houses. Every programme is built around what you ask for — you tell us the topics, the tools and the depth, and we shape the sessions to your team. No slide decks about the future of AI; your people bring their real work and leave with workflows already running.

Why Most AI Rollouts Stall

Everyone Has Access to AI.
Almost Nobody Uses It Well.

Buying licences is the easy part. The gap is between having the tool open and knowing what to do with it on a Tuesday afternoon with a deadline.

Everyone works differently

Two people on the same team get wildly different results from the same tool, because nobody agreed on how the work should actually be done.

Generic training doesn’t stick

A two-hour webinar on “prompting” is forgotten by Friday. Nothing changes because nothing was built during the session.

Nobody can prove the return

Without a baseline and a named workflow, leadership has no way to tell whether the AI budget bought anything at all.

Formats

Pick the Shape That Fits Your Team

Every programme is built around your team’s actual work, so the content changes even when the format doesn’t.

Corporate Team Training

Role-specific sessions for sales, ops, HR, finance and support. Each team works on its own bottleneck, so the training maps to the job description — not a generic curriculum.

Studios & Production Houses

Built for creative pipelines: scripting and ideation, pre-production planning, asset tagging and search, edit-room turnarounds, client reporting and delivery tracking.

Train the Trainer

We train one or two people inside your team to run the sessions themselves. They keep the material, the exercises and the answers, so the knowledge stays with you after we leave.

Internal champion Session material Ongoing rollout

Leadership Briefings

A straight session for founders and department heads: where AI genuinely pays off in your business, what to buy versus build, what it costs, and what to ignore this year.

Buy vs build Roadmap Risk & guardrails

Delivered on-site or fully remote. Programmes run from a single half-day session to a multi-week rollout across departments.

The Method

How a Programme Runs

01

We map the real week

A short discovery with your leads to find where hours actually disappear — before anyone opens a tool. You get a written list of the workflows worth attacking first.

02

Hands-on sessions

Live, practical workshops in ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, n8n and whatever else you already run. Everyone builds during the session — nobody just watches slides.

03

We leave it running

You keep the working workflows, a written playbook for your team, and a follow-up window for questions once it hits real deadlines.

Deliverables

What Your Team Walks Away With

Prompt libraries built for your roles
Live automations running in your own tools
A written team playbook and SOPs
Guardrails: what to review, what never to automate
A named owner per workflow inside your team

Questions

Before You Book

Do our people need any technical background?+
No. Sessions are built around the work, not the technology. If someone can use email and a spreadsheet, they can follow along. Where we do touch automation tools like n8n, we set it up together on screen.
How long does a programme take?+
Anything from a single half-day session for one department up to a multi-week rollout across a whole company. Most teams start with a short pilot on one department, then expand once they can see the time saved.
Can you run it on-site?+
Yes. We deliver on-site or fully remote, and mixed formats work well — an on-site kick-off with remote follow-up sessions is a common shape.
Do you use our existing tools or sell us new ones?+
We start with what you already pay for. If a new tool is genuinely worth it we will say so and explain the cost, but the goal is to get more out of your current stack first.
What happens to sensitive company data?+
We agree the boundaries before the first session: what can go into which tool, what stays internal, and which steps always need a human review. That becomes part of the written playbook your team keeps.
What does it cost?+
It depends on team size, format and how many departments are involved. Tell us the shape of your team on a short call and you will get a written quote — no obligation.
